Selling Family Home
I was not looking forward to preparing my house to be listed and to opening it up to potential buyers, with all the steps involved. Fortunately, I had hired Susan Masterson and Scott Masterson, who made the entire process, from pricing to staging to listing to negotiating to closing the deal, a painless experience. In fact, Susan and Scott truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Scott and Sue Masterson are all that one could wish for and more, as real estate agents. When our house was put on the market, we didn’t want to spend money on decorative items such as fancy cushions or paintings. Sue brought us cushions and two beautiful paintings from her own walls to help us out. On the morning that our desirable condo went on the market, Sue called us and we went to see it. It was love at first sight, and we put an offer in immediately. If Sue hadn’t been so alert, we might have missed getting it. First Time Purchasing a Home
